Safeguarding Your Digital Presence
Who We Are & Data Storage
Flicq operates as an inbound communications desk. For any privacy-related questions, you can reach us at privacy@flicq.co.uk.
Important: We do not store your personal information on our web servers. When you submit a request through our contact form, the data is instantly routed directly to our secure Microsoft Outlook mailbox and deleted from the website environment immediately.
Collected Data & Purpose
We only collect the specific information you provide through our contact form: your name, email address, selected service, budget preference, and the content of your message.
We use this data solely to respond to your business inquiry or to set up your communication services. The legal basis for processing this information is our legitimate business interest to communicate with potential clients and handle your request efficiently.
Data Retention & Third Parties
Because we do not store your data on our web servers, your information only exists within our secure email environment. We do not keep your emails longer than necessary to fully handle your business inquiry, unless a legal or administrative obligation requires us to archive the communication.
We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party marketing companies. Your information is only processed through our secure enterprise email provider (Microsoft Outlook) to deliver our services.
Your Rights & Control Over Data
You have the absolute right to access, correct, or permanently delete any personal data we hold in our email environment. If you want to review the information you sent us, or if you want us to completely wipe your emails from our system, you can submit a deletion or access request at any time.
To exercise these rights, simply contact our privacy desk directly via privacy@flicq.co.uk. We will process and confirm your request swiftly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Policy Updates & Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our workflows, security practices, or global privacy regulations. Any updates will be published directly on this page with a revised effective date.
We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we route and protect your business data.
